With over 7 years of experience training under Alana Bemmann, Meghan has mastered the art and science of permanent makeup and advanced beauty services. Her journey began with a passion for precision and artistry, which quickly grew into a career dedicated to both client transformations and student success.
As a Master Instructor at Cosmopolitan Academy, Meghan is known for her patience, expertise, and ability to break down complex techniques so students feel confident and empowered. She combines technical skill with a true passion for teaching, helping beauty professionals build careers they love while upholding the highest standards in the industry.

Since 2017, Kelly has been the backbone of Cosmopolitan Academy, ensuring every student’s journey runs seamlessly. As Training Coordinator, she manages everything behind the scenes—from guiding students through registration to supporting them long after their courses are complete.
Kelly also oversees the organization and scheduling of all trainings, making sure classes run smoothly and students receive the best possible experience. Her dedication, efficiency, and genuine care allow students to focus fully on their growth, knowing every detail has been thoughtfully managed.
